dear staff,
I would like to apologize for my actions and im deeply sorry for what ive done and id like to apologize to sean when I get the chance.
I promise it will never happen again and i really love this server so please i hope sean and you forgive me and give me another chance, i completely understand why i was banned and what i did wrong. ive spent a lot of time on this server and built many good friendships on here, if you could give me one more chance, i promise i wont waste it. im not asking to be unbanned as i realise i have broken the rules, and i deserve punishment, but i am asking for possibly a reduced ban as i really dont want to lose all the time i have invested into this server and all of the great friendships ive made along with it. thankyou *🙂 -King_fat_hamm

After reviewing your appeal and player profile, we have decided to reduce your ban sentence to 1 month. Please bear in mind that another ban will be issued if we find another instance of bullying taken place after the ban has been lifted. You were banned for violating rule 1, “Treat all community members in a respectful and age-appropriate manor”. Bullying is not tolerated on the servers. We ask that players treat others respectfully and additionally refrain from sending inappropriate or NSFW messages.

_KING__ I apologize. There was a miscommunication and your ban was not reduced and will remain permanent. This was the third major incident in the last 3 months and came right after your tempban for previous events of disrespect ended.

I have attached screenshots of the specific event we're referring to, but there have been several separate user reports. We apologize for the error.

To the staff team.
I understand that I have broken the rules I did say comments that should not have been said publicly or privately. Those mistakes will not happen again I understand the wanting to keep the community safe and sound from stuff like that but there has been more than 1 report about sean or as his ign seanbuster1 about how he ignores staffs warning being rude to people and overall being unpleasantly to the community if you want to check the reports about it and look through gamechat to see his actions you'd see that my doing wasnt as major as you make it seem the screenshots that were attached does have stuff that should not have been said and I promise it will not happen again but it doesnt justify a perm ban I'm not asking to be unbanned immediately all asking is a reduced ban since stuff are not as major and what did happen will not happen again I only ask for the option to have a second chance to show you that I can change my actions and will not happen again

Infraction responses are handled on a case-by-base basis. Sean's situation is being handled separately.

This is your third ban this year. This is your second ban for bullying and being disrespectful to other members of the community. The last three weeks were your second chance.

parsonswy thanks for replying so fast, but at the time i dont think i grasped it was my second chance and the gravity of what I was doing, I ask if you would just allow me one last chance, and if i slip up you can perm ban me and ill accept it completely. like i said before really im willing to have a reduced ban as i realise that i have violated the rules and obviously was disrespectful to others.

Everyone wants king to be unbanned but it just dosnt matter honestly we have tried everything from a petition to having many people ask over and over but it just dosnt matter they wont unban king they just dont care "/ LxxserOphelia
