It looks like you were banned for grief and theft and then after the ban lapsed we received a report of more theft from the mall that was traced to your account. The items were stolen earlier in the month, but the event was just reported another ban was issued.
I've lifted the second ban, but given the growing amount of theft we're finding you've committed, know that you are on final final warning and any new reports of theft or griefing will be met with a permanent ban.
