A member of the staff team had been following you whilst vanished and had seen you mine in irregular patterns and saw you go out of your way and then dig straight towards diamond ore on more than one occasion. In addition, the block data and the results of my own findings coincide with the findings of the other staff member that show you were in fact mining in a very irregular matter that is very similar to x-ray, and were receiving and running into more diamonds than any player normally would, which is also a a sign of x-ray.
As for the "proof", it does not prove anything as you could have simply either deactivated said mod or removed it from your Minecraft folder, both of which can be done in a matter of seconds.
The ban will remain in effect until it expires on October 18th.
