Not that long, i'm pretty new and just found your server.

As said before, i just found your server so i'm pretty new and don't have much playtime yet.
State previous staff experience from any server:
I've been developing plugins for multiple servers now in my past, i have very good knowledge of Java, MySQL, MongoDB and a lot of other Services / programming languages. I've mostly managed Backend i.e: Data Processing, Cloud System, External Services, Networking ect. I can also do normal frontend plugin development and add new content to the server, or whatever is needed, that is no problem.
Which plugins are you familiar with:
A lot, just show me a plugin and i will probably find my way through it. To make a small list of plugins that i use on a daily basis: WorldEdit, WorldGuard, LuckPerms, TimoCloud, PermissionsEX and more.
How will the server benefit from you being promoted:
I'm a very advanced Backend Developer and have very good experience in Administrating Systems and Developing Backend, i'm a friendly and very helpful person. Additionally i have a lot of free time and a lot of will to work.
Why have you applied:
Your server seems interesting, yet a bit simple and some features seem to be missing - features that are essential to good minecraft servers, i would love to help you with progressing and making this server a better place for everyone.
