So i was banned on March 19th, 2019 roughly 5 months ago for "spawning in OP gear and items." There have been many discussions since then about everything and who did what and so on, however i am here to put that to rest. I have already claimed it was my friend who did such while i was on a spring break camp, however since i didnt have an substantial evidence to prove such, i was ruled to be left banned until then. I have since tried to find any way i could prove it was my friend, however right now (Because i havent found anything real to prove it was him) i am simply coming to ask for a second chance, even if no one believes it was my friend who did the wrong, not me. I simply just want some grace and a chance to redeem myself, to the PCN staff, my town members, and to the community. I used to run the largest town on the server, and since i was banned it has fallen to #4, and my town members ask me often to try to get back on the server. I am asking and pleading, please let me have a second chance, out of grace, and if i ever do anything wrong in the future, or mess up again, then that can be it, but right now i am asking for one more chance guys, please. -sincerely ElytraUnlimited (thank you for your time!)

We've considered your appeal, but have only found more incriminating evidence. So simply, no. We will not be lifting your ban.

Why?

In your first ban appeal you claimed that you "FOUND the gear laying around in the wild." Once this claim came into question, you changed your story and said your friend had just come forward and told you they had been the one to spawn in the items. Before we could not prove one way or another if it was you or your friend. Regardless, it was your account and your responsibility.

Why can't we forgive you now? Well as far as we can tell now, you were and still are lying to us. In that same appeal you claimed that you left for a camp on that weekend, either Saturday the 16th or Sunday the 17th. However, we have chat logs from the 18th of March, Monday morning, where you announced to the server that you would be leaving for camp. That would seem to indicate that you were home through that weekend while the incident occurred on the 17th.

Backing up to when the items were confiscated on Sunday the 17th and you were presumably still at home; we do appreciate that you cooperated when asked to return the items found directly on your person. As you said in your first appeal, you "willingly gave up the stuff to a moderator without the slightest trouble." Jordan removed the tools from your inventory and asked you to report to staff should you "find" anymore.

We can firmly establish then that it was you who was on the server at this time, you told us so in your first ban appeal.
20 minutes later, having not disconnected from the server, you say:

So again, unless you have some evidence which you have not shared that puts these events in some new context, it was undeniably you that spawned in those items. You used cursed armor as an excuse to be given temporary creative mode and then spawn the items in through a saved toolbar. Our logs and your words show that this is so.

Im sorry i dont have any pictures of my friend playin gon my account or anything to show it was him, however in the appeal i just made i told you im not trying to prove anything now i am just simply asking for a chance and some grace. I even said assume everything was me and that im wrong, but just please let me have another opportunity, i mean this was my first ban ever, i do not understand why it had to be permanent, usually people are given chances. Its been about 5 months now, so can you guys just please let it have been a 5 month ban and give me some mercy now and let me back on? Im not asking or trying to be legalistic here i just am simply asking for an outstreach of grace.

Making an exception for one persons ban would not be fair to anyone else who has been banned or to our active users who adhere to the rules.

Yes but it never had to be a permanent ban, there is no set punishment for what particular things i am being accused of. So i do not understand why we cant just leave it at a 5 month ban and i can apologize and be good now. I mean its not like i was greifing or hacking or something, what i did has no set punishment, or set ban time so you guys could end it now after these 5 long months and no one else will care, because its a different offence then what pretty much everyone else has done.

there was nothing in the rules talking about "spawning in OP items" which is what you guys call it, so it really isnt an exception to the rules, because there was no set punishment or set ban time for what i did

It's considered hacking; it's a social engineering attack. Given that nature and what evidence suggests is perpetual lying, there is no reason for us to trust you. Further, you an PixelPile were both involved in trying to build a dupe machine using a 1.12.2 method with end portals which staff warned you about and removed about a week before this happened so this was not your first offense. This is all beside the aforementioned fairness to the rest of our community.

Your ban will not be lifted.

you are trying to bring other players and irrelevant things into this, i was never involved in the build of a dupe machine, either way your actually saying :social engineering hack? Really? it wasnt even me, will you guys not give me just one chance like come on i spent so many hours on the server.
