Do you have any previous experience staffing online communities?: Previously been Assistant for this server, owned one a server and have done plugin management for a server made by a local community server in Norway.

Chestshop, CoreProtect, Essentials, Luckperms, LWC, Multiverse, PlotSquared, Vault, WorldEdit, WorldGuard, DynMap and MultiChat.

Please describe a contribution you've made to the PCN community that you think has had a positive impact. This could be a build project, a town, a shop, hosting regular game nights, helping other users, etc.
Previous staffing as an assistant, helped with previous build projects and general forum interactions.

If you were given full control over adding, changing, or removing something from PCN, what would you do? This could be a game mechanic, plugin, game mode, Discord channel, etc.
As i understand the question, it mostly contains a question of ideals and not the economical factors those would include, therefore i will look away from such as what these ideas would cost in the general ideas. First of all one thing that i would like to change is the graphical profile of the server with new more click producing effect to it's look (that is not to say that the current one is bad). This is so that more people when finding the listing gets more entrigued and therefore take a look at the server when throwing a first look at the server listing.
Secondly (while understanding that this is a current project) expand the amount of minigames gamemodes to compete more along the lines of servers such as hypixel and noxcrew.
Also while this is currently being done and the server has improved a lot with, more events featuring such as minigames competitions, building competitions, 5v5 trench, parkour competitions etc. Could be something that would draw a lot more people to the server. This could be done more as a rotating responsability inside the staff team where two and two get the responsability to arrange this for each weekend there is.
Now while understanding that many of the listed things are being worked on, and that being done well. These are ideas that could happen over time with a good mindset and development. this is something i'm aware that the project team is doing well and that i am willing to contribute to as a staff-member.
