Experience: I have some experience staffing on some of my friends' servers and also run a Discord with some of my friends and a YT Discord
Known plugins: The plugins I know about is townny, coreprotect, homes, tradeshops, and the chat plugin. (Most of the plugins in /help)
Contribution: I've made a contribution by helping users with things such as, helping users with tradeshops, some times answering users in the #questions and #reports on the PCN Discord, helping with redstone, helping users with commands, and helping and welcoming new users and telling them the basics of PCN.
Full control: If I had full control I would update the Trench game over timer or just get rid of it because it isn't really doing anything there because there is no counter for Trench and the kills just go over to the next round. Maybe also update the Trench map or make other Trench maps and sort of a welcome/pick your arena type thing.
