Hello I got banned from the server for making innapropriate structures, swastikas and penises, it is a permanent ban. I'd like for staff to consider my unban or to reduce my punishment. I am fully aware of what I did wrong and if my ban appeal got accepted I won't make the same mistake twice. since I joined the server i've been really nice to every and havent hurt anyone/made enemies on the server, neither did i start any problems over my ban. i am overall not toxic my humor is just different simply said. again I fully understand my mistake and I wont make the mistake again I like the server I also like the community so I really hope my appeal gets accepted.

Thank you for taking the time to create an appeal. The staff has reviewed your appeal and we’ve decided that we will not be repealing nor shortening your ban. Rule number 5 on the servers’ /rules is "No racial obscenities, hate speech, or politics". Hate speech is in no way, shape, or form, tolerated, and the servers will continue to uphold a strict "no hate speech” policy. Your ban will remain in effect permanently.

Evidence:
A sign in German you placed that roughly translates to: "We have to uproot the J***".

the second screenshot was me saying why i got banned. there is no hate speech in that and the signs where mostly satire if someone said i had to remove them i would have and i think a perm ban is too much for something like this. while i can safely say that some members liked me and had no problem with me. but i guess all i can do is respect the punishment even if i think its too much and do not agree with it. is there any way i can appeal later and get unbanned?

just to add. I don't see how a perm ban fits a punishment for building dicks swastikas and writing something german on a sign any other ban i would have accepted but a perm ban is to harsh. i basically had a clean slate people liked me i was mostly minding my own business vibing around

with something german i mean the "hate speech" there was no harm meant with it and if someone told me to remove them i would have

Regardless of whether or not harm was intended, it does not change the fact that you had broken the rule of hate speech. Even as a joke, this is taken very seriously as we do not under any circumstance tolerate any form of derogatory or discriminatory actions, symbols, words, etc. regardless of context. The fact that you clearly failed to heed this rule paired with how you had found humor in explicitly building a symbol of hate and putting something of derogatory and discriminatory context on a sign is far from acceptable. We will not be repealing your ban sentence. This is not up for debate and the discussion is over.
